Had a fantastic stay at Best Western Ai Cavalieri Hotel! The location is perfect, just a short walk to key sites in Palermo. The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially Allesandra and Frederica, who went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable. Our room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with efficient air conditioning and reliable WiFi. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection that kept us fueled for our adventures!

The beds were quite hard.

Clean room and excellent location near major attractions. The staff, especially Dario, went out of their way to help retrieve our luggage after a long wait. The breakfast offered a wide variety, and dining areas had a charming ambiance. However, sound insulation between rooms needs improvement. I could hear neighbors clearly, which disrupted my sleep. The furniture in the room felt a bit outdated, needing an update to enhance the overall comfort and aesthetic. Wi-Fi was inconsistent at times, especially during peak hours.

The location is perfect for exploring central Palermo with quick walks to attractions like Teatro Massimo. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially with kids, providing great local recommendations and guidance. Our room was clean and spacious, making it a comfortable base for our family adventures.

For dads, it would be great if there were more family-friendly amenities available.

Super comfy room with a nice balcony! The breakfast was a highlight with lots of yummy choices—especially the pastries! The staff was really helpful, even arranged a ride for me. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit stronger during peak times. All in all, a solid experience! I'd totally recommend this place.
